I had a fantastic stay at this lovely home in Khlong Hae. The house is beautifully designed—clean, modern, and decorated with a calming minimalist aesthetic that made me feel instantly relaxed. It was clear the host put a lot of thought into the small details, from the cozy lighting to the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. The location is great—peaceful and quiet, but still very convenient. It's close to local attractions like the Hat Yai Floating Market and Hatyai Park, plus there are several 7-Elevens, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I especially appreciated the private parking, which made getting around easy. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for groups looking for a relaxing and stylish home base while visiting Hatyai!

The House was so beautiful and unique! Had everything that were listed in the list ( although we could’ve used more blankets 😆 but no worries.) House was clean, everything was functioning very well, plenty of parking & spaces to chill outdoors and most importantly the host was super nice and responsive!🤩 It was 10 mins drive to hatyai market. So you don’t worry about missing out the spots. 👏 The house is perfect for large family/friends gatherings and I highly recommend it to everyone who’s going hatyai👍. Me and my friends throughly enjoyed the stay and we definitely would come again if we’re ever round tripping to hatyai. Let me review it a bit. I went to Hat Yai and looked for a place to stay in Hat Yai city that wasn't too expensive. I found this place on the app. It's very new, probably just renovated. The accommodation is very clean, as expected, and has everything. It's suitable for a large family. It's also near convenience stores. I like it. The owner provides good service and answers questions quickly. I really like it. I recommend that you come here.

Homestay THE BEST with CHEAP PRICE ❤️❤️❤️ very comfortable for big family. The sitting room so big can fit around 10 people seat, lay down dan have a chat. The room have many mattress, very clean, aircond very cold 🤭 The Master Room is the best🥰🥰🥰 Because have private bathroom and big closet. Very worth it, u will not disappointed. Outside the house also big, can fit 2 car to park. The kitchen also big& have kitchen essentials. Host also nice dan respon vert well. Next time will repeat again 💕💕💕

Hygiene and clean place

Location quite near to kim yong market. Like just go straight u will reach kim yong and walk another 15min to lee garden. Restaurant beside the homestay lan yin (non halal) is quite good also walkable to big 7 eleven. But for me big 7 eleven got nothing to buy i prefer walk to opposite the bed hotel. Transportation need to walk infront main road to get a tuktuk and go back makesure let them see the location (thai language) is more easy for the driver to know where’s the exactly location. Otherwise grab is more convenient. About the owner. She is great host and easy deal. She prepare all the amenities in this homestay. So i highly recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming Airbnb in Tambon Hat Yai, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The property itself was beautifully decorated, combining traditional Thai elements with modern comforts. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the lovely balcony where I could sip my morning coffee while soaking in the vibrant local scenery. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to numerous attractions, markets, and delicious street food options. The hosts went above and beyond, offering great recommendations for places to visit and eat.

My friends and I had a great time at Jenny’s place. It looked exactly like the photos—spacious, well-maintained, and very private. We especially enjoyed the covered pool and the outdoor hangout area. If you’re driving, getting around is easy. Without a car, transport might take a bit longer to arrive, but it’s still manageable. Jenny was very thoughtful—she offered to drive us to the nearest supermarket when she saw we weren’t driving, and she gave great local recommendations. She was always responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend her place.
