You are completely alone with nature. A 100-year-old historical house has been restored for you. You can reach all the attractions in the Rized within short distances with your car. Our guests who come in the summer can swim in the creek of our village and enjoy the snow by the fireplace in the winter. Enjoy your stay.

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.
