Monthly Rentals in San Juan

Jose’s place was great! Located in the nice quiet suburbs of San Juan, yet not far from restaurants, beaches. Check in was a breeze, so was parking. Plenty of street parking available. Of course the a/c & hot water is always a plus. Closet was spacious enough to put away our luggage to not clutter the place. All in all, I would stay at Jose’s place again if given the chance!

Our host went extra miles to make sure our stay was as smooth and easy as possible. His place was easy to find. Very clean. It was perfect for a single person or a couple. Bed was really comfortable with new and clean mattress. The two air conditioners were perfect because it was really hot outside. Fresh pain on the whole inside and outside of the property. Everything was in good condition and very clean. Our host was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. Thank You Jose for let us stay with you in short notice and for being so kind with us!

Place looks exactly like the pictures. I loved everything about it. Bathroom in master bedroom is a tad small, but it was beautiful and I loved the shower heads in both bathrooms. Everyone slept comfortably and was able to control their AC in their rooms so it’s perfect for those who sleep in different temps. Dishes were available if needed. Very kid friendly if you have any! Had multiple Bluetooth speakers available. TVs in every room. Would definitely recommend and would probably stay again!!

Jason was very kind and flexible, he helped me BIG TIME when I needed it! room has a lot of locals near by where you can go to drink and eat, location was perfect. Very happy with my stay and definitely coming back! thanks Jason!
