A self contained annexe with a shared entrance, perfect for couples with a view of the beautiful River Tamar, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty also Weir Quay is a World Heritage site, ideal for walking, (we are on the route of the Tamara coast to coast walk, get in touch if you would like a 1 night stay) there’s fishing, boating wildlife and bird watching, avocets,oystercatchers & curlews Come and try a kayaking trip just outside the door on the River Tamar which can be booked with us.

It is located with stunning views of Brunel’s world-renowned Royal Albert Bridge (1859) and the Tamar Bridge (1961). 5 mins away is the China Fleet Golf and Country Club. Private use of the field shown is included in the rental and is ideal for a picnic. Nothing is better than a glass of wine outside by the fire pit at night enjoying the view of the bridges. A Cornish Cream Tea welcomes you upon arrival.

A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. Enjoy a drink in the enclosed courtyard, whilst the stream runs beneath you, or have dinner in the private conservatory dining room, followed by a bath in the roll top bath. Free wifi and a 42" LED Smart TV. The bedroom is located up a short set of steep stairs.

A family run business is run from adjacent to the property The annex has its own private entrance up a flight of steps. Entrance door leads into a modern and comfortable open plan set up with a double bed, bathroom and a kitchenette including microwave, small oven fridge, and electric hob.
