Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

On the first floor, you will find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single box springs. Outside on your own terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Our cottage is within walking distance of the beautiful IJssel. The old town of Zwolle can be reached in fifteen minutes by bike.

Moreover, you are close to nature, with beautiful hiking and biking routes nearby.

This tree house is located in the back of the garden on the border of forest and countryside, surrounded by the Salland coulissen landscape. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a large veranda to sit and enjoy the sunset, upstairs is the bedroom. The highlight is the view from the veranda on the first floor between the trees.
