Independent studio located at 5 minutes walk from the center of Saint Gervais and 10 minutes walk from the ski slopes (A bus is also available at 300m from the appartment). The 22 square meter studio has been renovated in December 2017., and is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, and TV. It has an autonomous heating and 1 parking spot. This cozy apartment has a magnificent view of the mountains and of the valley. In short; everything to spend a very pleasant holiday.

We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.
