Small studio facing the Mont Blanc massif,

The studio is a small building, one room 12 metres square, and a separate shower, 120cm square, and WC with basin. The price is low because its small, but there is everything you need. Its comfortable, warm and well insulated. There is a large balcony with table and chairs. There is limited wifi access on the balcony, but no signal inside. It is only available Sat to Sat during the school holidays. For stays of 5 nights or more linen and towels are provided, otherwise it can be hired.

At 800 m altitude, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). An ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, cycling or simply reconnecting in a quiet and rejuvenating setting. Here, luxury is nature, here we slow down, we reconnect

Mazot year 1986 of 15 m2 with a mezzanine of 7 m2. Possibility to sleep in the 2-seater sofa bed downstairs or in the 2-seater mezzanine bed. Small wooden chalet, all the necessary comforts, fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, a mezzanine with views of the entire Mont Blanc range. Excellent Wi-Fi network + connected TV Large private outdoor terrace with garden furniture. Private parking space. Linens/duvets/pillows provided. Breakfast is included.

Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

This traditional mountain cabin / mazot is a perfect place to relax. The views from the wooden terrace are incredible. It has a mezzanine bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs, small kitchenette with induction hob, microwave/oven combi and coffee machine. There is a modern bathroom, free wi-fi, French and UK TV channels and Netflix/Prime/Youtube apps on the smart tv.

Le Grenier du Servagnou in La Chapelle d'Abondance

Authentic Savoyard attic completely renovated at 1340 m altitude, next to the Panthiaz slopes, in the "Les Portes du Soleil" area. Fully south-facing, unique view of the valley and the "Dents du Midi". In heavy snow, we provide a shuttle by snowmobile and/or SSV to the first car park accessible to cars. Return to the chalet on skis possible.

Nice chalet for two people, ideally located in Chamonix, on the sunny side of the valley, with a breathtaking view on Mont Blanc, in a quite 4 000 square meters garden, close to everything (city center, ski facilities and hiking trails). One room with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a nice sunny balcony (but no kitchen).
