This 125 m2 L-shaped building built in 2025 is super bright. Its east-south orientation allows you to enjoy the sun while being sheltered from the sea wind. Fully equipped, everything is new and of very high quality. The 180 x 200 KING SIZE EMMA HYBRID 2 beds are great. The view of the valley and the barn painted by Claude Monet in 1890 invites you to daydream. Access to the beach in 10 minutes on foot by a small quiet path. "All inclusive" rental, no unpleasant surprises!
