Holiday rentals with a patio in Hauts-de-Seine

Astrid's apartment is impeccable, completely refurbished, in an extremely quiet neighborhood (we didn't hear any noise), very courteous and charming neighbors… We slept very well, the accommodation is functional and very tasteful (which doesn't spoil anything and everything was very clean. The view is just incredible although a little far from Paris, even if it is obviously well connected... Impeccable for a tourist stay where you take your time. Astri was very proactive, her indications were very clear and received in a timely manner. Thank you again Astrid… Like the previous comments: you can go there with your eyes closed!!!

The proximity to the shopping center and metro station makes the property well used as a starting point.

We highly recommend this stay! 🔹 Safe & quiet area Peaceful neighborhood with a nearby school. We felt safe, even walking at night. 🔹 Convenient location 2 supermarkets and a metro station are within 10 mins. Very handy for daily needs. Few restaurants nearby, so plan meals ahead. 🔹 Simple & comfy room Clean, cozy, on the 2nd floor — easy and pleasant to stay in. 🔹 Washer-dryer issue The machine is quite loud, especially during spin. We used it at night, thinking it was okay, but it disturbed the neighbors — really sorry 😢 We were out most days, so timing laundry became difficult. We even had to skip parts of our trip to avoid late-night use. This was the only downside for us. ✨ Aside from that, everything was great. The host was kind and responsive. Apologies again to the neighbors 🥲

Great stay at Ihsen's place and great communication. Got lots of tips and lots of help, when needed. 5 min walk to Monoprix supermarket enabled us to have meals at home, 10 min walk to the Metro, made Paris transportation easy. Also a couple of bus stops 1 min from the flat

Great stay at Alexandre's, a little further from the center but really easy to access by public transport. Very clean, really happy to have known this quiet and safe neighborhood.

The apartment is very nice and looks like in the photos. It is very spacious and modernly equipped. Various metro and bus stations are within walking distance. Simo is a great accommodating host who provided us with lots of helpful tips. Everything worked out super easy. Great communication! It is a large modern residential area with some restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We can recommend "Communale Saint-Ouen" - a kind of cultural center with food court in a hall with many stalls of different countries. Very delicious! Great atmosphere, also great with kids. All in all, a clear recommendation!

Beautiful apartment, very enjoyable, after a day of hiking and walking it is very nice to rest on the balcony surrounded by nature in the gated complex. It is close to subway line 13, in 15 minutes you are in the city center. There is a supermarket less than 50 meters away. Clarisse is a very attentive and friendly host. Highly recommended.

We stayed in David and Linda's house for 4 nights with our family of 5, including 3 kids. From first contact to ask about the bedding configuration, Linda was excellent in communicating and very transparent. We found the location very convenient, literally across the road from the train station - a blessing after a long day walking around the city Centre. The train noise, though noticeable if you listened intently for it, didn't bother us any more than the typical city sounds of people, cars and sirens. It didn't wake any of our kids (aged 8 and 11) and I couldn't hear it though earplugs (which I always wear because I'm a light sleeper). The house is totally private save for a single front window to the street, which has privacy curtains on it - we didn't close any of the downstairs window coverings in our whole stay and never felt exposed. The house has it's quirks - eg. squeaky stairs and the shutters were not all 100% blockout - but we felt at home and would happily return.

Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

A fairly spacious place for a group of 10 people (3 families), we settled in perfectly. We highly recommend it for other people looking for a large and comfortable accommodation in Paris. To get around Paris, we walked about 500 m to the nearest metro station (Chatillon) and from there about 30 minutes to get to places like the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Montmartre, etc. In general, we had a good time at Yohan's house.

Solveig and Julien's accommodation is very nice, clean and functional. The neighborhood is quiet, green and flowery, well served by shops and the tram is nearby. Beautiful park with small lake, water games and children's playgrounds at a tram station. It takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour by public transport to reach the key monuments (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Cité des Sciences, etc.). Solveig and Julien are accommodating and discreet hosts.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

We had a great time with the family. The house is totally suitable for large groups (there were 15 of us including 4 children), very well equipped and in a very quiet area. It's close to transportation so you can get around. Corinne gave us all the information we needed for the smooth running of the stay and was very accommodating. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really nice. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

Enjoyed the stay at Manuella’s. An amazing apartment that is fully equipped. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon!

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

It’s a good size apartment for Paris. Having two bedrooms an bathrooms allowed us space. One thing to note is one of the bathroom is without the WC/ toilet which is a separate ( almost like a powder room but without a sink). It seems this is very typical of Paris apartments. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having access of pots/ pans/ utensils/ dishwasher/ oven was a huge plus for us. It’s residential area so it was nice to see the local bakeries and grocery stores. Metro is very close.

Adriana was quick to communicate and also facilitated check-in time. The apartment was clean and cosy. The kitchen a little bit small but enough for do some easy cook. The kitchen equipment was in good condition. I feel at home here.
