Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Small detached house on wooded land not overlooked. Come and enjoy the calm in this fully equipped space less than 5 km from the highway. You will have access to the house, its private terrace but also to the garden of the owners with an outdoor swimming pool (available in summer and with authorization). Private parking, enclosed and secure place. The house has a full kitchen (oven, induction stove) as well as a bathroom equipped with a hydromassage shower. The bed is a 160×200.

Our Gîte is located next to the forest, 20 minutes from the pretty city of Rouen, 30 minutes from Neubourg, Bec Hellouin and Lake Poses (equipped for swimming and water games), 50 minutes from Honfleur, Deauville, Monet's garden in Giverny and 1 hour from Paris. Well located for visiting both the landing beaches and the Normandy beaches. On the leisure side, you have two bikes, a petanque court and foosball. Baby equipment available upon request.
