Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The Hayloft is a beautiful property with a stunning interior. A truly rural escape, but still close to historic Cambridge. Local walks and lovely views. My husband and I stayed for two nights at Clare's fabulous property. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Such friendly and welcoming hosts (including Milo)! The property itself is gorgeous, it's down a quiet lane and within walking distance of the many pubs/restaurants, the Orchard Tea rooms, the church and the river. We spent a lovely few days exploring the local area. The riverside walks were so peaceful, yet you're in central Cambridge within a two mile walk by the waterway. Clare was very helpful with local recommendations and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. It's a five stars from us!

We had a lovely stay at the Potting Shed. It is much bigger than the pictures suggest. Spacious and cosy. It is ideally located being in beautiful countryside yet walking distance to the village and in turn it's easy access to Cambridge. We self-catered and the kitchen was very well equipped. We also really appreciated the welcome goodies and that Ann-Marie made up the sofa-bed for us ahead. Super clean and fresh bedding. We were very comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. It was also easy to communicate with Ann-Marie and the directions were very clear. Thank you so much.
