Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

It is located in a very central area that easily connects with other places. Children over 6 years old are accepted. The internet service is with a SIM card (mobile data) much better than Wi-Fi. Something very IMPORTANT: I live very close to a large hospital and thanks to this there are no power outages (there are no blackouts here)
