All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and are rented as entire accommodations (i.e., no shared bathroom, etc.) The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Bed linens and towels are also provided. Weekly cleaning is included for stays of 4 nights or more. The design focuses on an urban style with high standards in terms of materiality and individuality. Our studios are all situated in a typical Berlin building from the beginning of the 20th century. We offer studios on the 1st to the 4th floor (no lift).
