Nice, small house all to ourselves. Very clean. Functional. Quiet location. Very nice, child-friendly hosts. However, there was one thing we didn't like at all: we didn't notice any additional costs when booking. Shortly before arrival, we saw that there may be additional costs. Additional costs were mandatory on site. We have no objection to an additional 9 euros for heating costs, even if these could have been included in the rent. We also have nothing against the 50-euro deposit, which we hope to get back after this complaint, because we left the apartment in tip-top condition. But having to pay 20 euros per person for cleaning all of a sudden is something we don't have in Germany. If that is the case, then we would like to be explicitly informed in advance and not only learn in the small print of a remote possibility, which then turns out to be an obligation. Maybe we are naive. Still a highly recommended place to stay.

If you're looking for absolute peace, this is the place to be. The house is very spacious, providing every comfort. Starting with the really comfy beds, through a very well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of dishes and glasses and even a large selection of (sharp) knives . In the village, there is a grocery store with bakery. It is only 6 km to Ueckermünde - here you will find all the well-known shopping opportunities. The contact with the host was very nice and unproblematic. We, and our dog, felt very, very comfortable.

Very nicely located accommodation to relax and good starting point for various activities, such as bike rides, hikes or excursions in the area.

Fabulous place for a get away from it all. The hosts are truly wonderful people who are very responsive and friendly. The place was magnificent! Soooo clean, so comfortable and surrounded by incredible gardens. If you are lucky enough to get there in spring and summer, you will be treated to new blooms happening every day! Great water pressure in the shower and a large tub if you just need a soak. We cooked many meals in the kitchen. There are also some good places to eat within a few km. It was a great place to walk from. This part of Germany has many walking paths that lead you through green space to see animals, horses, birds and more. The market was close by and easily walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

Super holiday homes for families and larger groups. The grounds offer various game corners for all ages. The cottages are equipped with everything you need. In the village there is a cafe directly and within walking distance (about 10-15 min.) there is a campsite with fishing (fish rolls, etc.).

A fantastic lakeside spot with stunning views. The use of paddleboards, rowing boat and floating sauna really added to the experience. The house itself was big and well laid out, with plenty of room for the 3x couples that stayed (though worth noting two of the rooms are adjoined). The house had plenty of amenities, with plenty of kitchenware for us to cook in (which we did several times) and a projector in the living room for watching films. Marcel was very helpful, replying quickly to questions. There is a large shop and a couple of Italian restaurants, as well as a bus stop into town, just over the road which was very convenient. All round a great stay!

We had a wonderful weekend and are always happy to come back.

They were great days in a wonderful property. Simply outstanding! The villa itself, but also the surroundings are laid out in such a way that you "have to" relax. The immediate proximity to the lake is only a small part of it. We particularly appreciated the communication and personal contact with Michael. Mega reliable and likeable. Thank you very much! Even the easily audible construction noise could not hurt the excellent overall impression. So we were already encouraged in the morning to not sleep too much of the vacation time if possible. 😉 In conclusion, if you don't want to get to know this property - with everything that goes with it - it's your own fault. 😊 We will be happy to come back.

Every now and then you stumble on a property that both property and host are simply wonderful this was one of those ! Kristina and her father attended to all our needs, the house in gorgeous, the back yard peaceful and private, and everything works. All in all highly recommended !

The house are beautiful and super equipped. You can spend a great weekend with a large group there, to Wismar and to the beach it is only about 15 minutes. We highly recommend the house!

Fantastic property 15 mins from the main village with large private garden with plenty of chairs and tables of the weather is good. The house was perfect, everything you needed for a large group. We were having a work team retreat and the space worked perfectly for team workshops and making meals together Defiantly recommended

Clean, friendly, best airbnb ever

Large house with everything a person needs for a few relaxing days. Communication was fast and uncomplicated and very pleasant. The house is easy to find, flexible check-in/check-out and with Friedrich you can talk about everything.

One of the best Airbnbs!!! Everything just tiptop - underfloor heating, garage, the house is super nice and at the same time practically furnished and the communication was fast and very pleasant with Josefin. I would love to live here!! It's exactly like in the pictures, very clean, and you have everything you need in the kitchen. The entire neighborhood is also very quiet - I am sensitive to noise and was able to sleep deeply. I thank you very much for everything and will gladly come back - hopefully soon!

The place was very clean and furnished to a high standard. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

I particularly liked the quiet location and that you could still be in the city center in 45 minutes by bus and S-Bahn. The apartment's furnishings are also impeccable, and Rochus and his furry friend, a cuddly Golden Retriever, are simply good hosts. We were completely satisfied.

Beautiful holiday park on the lake. The kids felt comfortable with a handful of activities. Especially the pony riding, the petting zoo and the swimming pool were very popular. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and has a terrace. For our family of 5, a little more space would have been nice. Still happy to come back

If you are not used to driving through the forest for a long time, you may be a little unsure, because from the last place to the accommodation it goes about 4 km on a single-lane small road through the forest, and you think you have got lost. However, patience will be well rewarded here. Very quiet location, large playground for children with mini golf course, giant chess game, paddle boat rental, trim pond path (who needs it on vacation...). Buns for breakfast can also be ordered if you have not booked a half-board. A very nice mix of mix I say analog and digital, because many things you can book or order with the tablet available in the house. If the digital world is nothing, you can also arrange everything in the reception in the main house. The shower is enough for 2. If you get a little bigger, one or the other sloping roof upstairs is a bit unfavorable, but that absolutely does not detract from the property. Conclusion: Totally happy, would love to come back.

We had a lovely family weekend at this place. The house is optimally equipped for 8 people with 3 bathrooms. Behind every house there is a small garden. The grounds invite young and old to discover a playground, animal enclosure, forest, etc. The swimming pool was included in the price. There is a small supermarket that also offers bread roll service as well as restaurants. The staff were very friendly - we can definitely recommend this place.
