The 4 main bedrooms open out onto an expansive deck. Storage for bikes, golf clubs and other equipments is available in our garage next door. We are a retired farming couple with one cute cat. Our purpose built first floor 100 sqm apartment is sunny, overlooks Te Mata Peak and its balcony provides stunning views over Orchards. Great care was taken in ensuring your every comfort. A private entrance situated next to our home with alarm gives complete privacy. In the summer you are welcome to use our pool, stroll to Havelock village plus 3 acres of grounds and Bike trails at the gate. Perfect for business or short-term breaks.

Villa Desa walk to town centre spa pool, warm fire

Welcome to Villa Desa, your recently renovated cosy & warm weatherboard home. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We have a Hot Tub Spa bath in the garden and a nice sunny outdoor dining/relaxing area with a Weber BBQ. Inside, you can enjoy the radiant warmth of a wood-burner fire, heat pump and our very comfortable warm beds. We are located 2.5km from Havelock North village centre, where you’ll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Enjoy your stay :)

The Pavilion

The Pavilion is set in gorgeous lawns and gardens just a 10 minute stroll along the Karamu Stream to the vibrant village of Havelock North. Designed by Pete Bossley, one of New Zealand's top architects, The Pavilion is a delightful example of small space living with an expansive feel. We are pet friendly and guests are most welcome to use the shared swimming pool located about 50m away. Breakfast provisions are included. We run a yoga studio on the property with daily classes.

The Hutch - rural boutique accomodation

Our boutique style accommodation is on Endsleigh road which is 4km south of Havelock North. A 30 minute drive from Napier airport. Set in a rural farm setting The Hutch is a peaceful and quiet retreat close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor private bath under twinkling stars, and experience the night time sounds of nature. The stand alone Hutch is 5m from our home in an established garden. There are Continental breakfast supplies for the first two mornings of your stay.

Our studio apartment is totally self contained, with wonderful wooden floors and light streaming in from the garden one looks onto. Perfectly situated a few minutes drive between Havelock North and Hastings and decorated with a Colonial African slant. We always leave muesli, fruit, milk, and croissants in the fridge for our guests to enjoy on their FIRST morning, so they can relax and not have to go out for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always provided.

Ambury House - ideal for couples or families

Self contained 2 bedroom apartment in a resort-like setting that is ideal for families. Includes breakfast provisions, views across the Hawkes Bay, use of pool and tennis court, and 4 acres of gardens and native bush to explore.
