Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

This house is perfect for healthcare and hospital staff looking for somewhere to stay while working at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. It is also perfect for families looking for a home away from home, it is located just out of town so it is quiet but close enough to the attractions and the motorway. Everything is provided and there is an outdoor space to enjoy too. The house is not suitable for large groups and these types of bookings will not be accepted.

Newly refreshed family home minutes walk from the beach and South Pier and close to the Pleasure Beach. Free off-street parking for 1 vehicle and there is tram stop less than 2 minutes walk away which takes about 5 minutes to the town centre (Tower & Winter Gardens). The property has been lovingly refreshed with brand new decoration and flooring throughout. It's perfectly located for a family break and the promenade is less than two minutes walk away.
