The Old Rope Works is a spacious and unique space in the heart of Woburn Sands, a small market town outside Milton Keynes. As the name suggests, it was once a factory where rope was made and accommodation will suit families, two couples, four friends etc. The property is located just down from the high street, which has multiple places to eat and drink, two local supermarkets for supplies, all within a 5 minute stroll. Access to the Garden Flat is via the original back lane Trades Entrance. This self-contained flat - once scullery and gardener's rest - now offers a bed-sitting room, separate kitchen-dining, private bathroom, dressing area and laundry room. The flat also provides desk space for work and a patio space which is yours alone.

The Carriage House, Haversham

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.
