This New York loft style apartment has been cleverly designed to capture all day sun and amazing views. The loft bedroom up stairs has been divided into two comfortable sleeping areas with a privacy wall to separate the beds. Being 2 minutes walk from Napier CBD, shops, restaurant's, parks and cafes.

A short walk to cafes, bars, boutique shops and a supermarket. Safe parking on the road-side however, on-site parking is available if required for 1 vehicle. Please check prior to arrival.
