This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish Feb 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $160.

10 GUEST MAXIMUM. This outstanding 60 acre property is nestled at the very end of a small valley & surrounded on three sides by the Dharug National Park. The Hawkesbury River and the village of Spencer is a short stroll down the driveway. There is a solar heated Zodiac Mineral pool and lounging options on the pool deck. A solar blanket extends the swimmable months. EASTER IS A MINIMUM STAY OF 4 NIGHTS. XMAS AND NEW YEARS EVE WEEKS ARE A MINIMUM 6 NIGHT STAY.
