It is the East wing of Hylands, decorated in sympathy with Arts and Crafts principles. Quality finishes and materials throughout, using local suppliers and crafts people. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the 'Rifleman's Arms'.
