Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

The ensuite double bedroom is annexed to the main house - a stunning 15th barn conversion, with its own lockable entrance ensuring privacy. It's decorated in a light contemporary fashion with a further toilet and entrance hallway forming part of the annex. There's parking space in the cart lodge for guests to use. The room has wifi, tv, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea/coffee, 2 seat sofa, toaster, cutlery and plates/bowls, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and toileteries.

The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. (not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.
