Holiday rentals with a patio in Hayes

This place is fantastic. The space is well thought out and has everything you need inside and outside. The bathroom is particularly stunning with a great big shower. There is a great patio area with hot & cold taps outside to wash muddy boots & paws. It is peaceful with stunning walks direct from the door. The best thing about this place are the fantastic hosts who went above & beyond to help myself and my daughter. Both before we arrived and during our stay. I highly recommend this place and we will be back in the near future

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's due to my work in London. This accommodation without doubt is the best I have stayed in. Amazing location, lots of places to eat and visit plus very safe. The place itself was very comfortable, and had everything you required to ensure a perfect stay. Communication with the owner was very good and excellent response time. Travel was easy to London via the Jublee line and about ten mins walk from the station. Internet connection within the accommodation was excellent. The place was simply amazing, and I certainly will use again 100%.

The accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring London. Quiet area. In 10-15 min. you can reach bus and train towards the city. The furnishings are modern and you have everything you need.

Will was so nice and available. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and organised. Will gave us snacks and bottles on the check in, something we didn’t get on other places. The only problem was the area that we didn’t like so mach. Also if you’re planning to stay for then few nights and wash your clothes it will be problematic because there is no washing machine. Other than that everything was wonderful!!!

Very cleverly hidden flat in a house (or it seems). Bus stop nearby. We could leave the car in front of the house/flat and took the bus. It is on the main road and initially I was worried it might be noisy but it wasn't. Asda also within walking distance. Fit for purpose flat. Has everything you need. It was clean and comfortable. Alex's dad came and introduced himself, in case we needed anything. Lovely little back garden.

Lovely private flat in Sheen , a short walk to Richmond shops and restaurants . Nice pub along the road that we enjoyed . Secluded and private development, felt safe . Parking was really handy and easy . Lots of planes and air traffic but the flat itself was very nicely decorated and ideal for easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas

A beautiful flat with everything we needed - perfect for our family of 3! Modern, clean and lovely style, a home that is comfortable and easy. We loved the host - extremely thoughtful and accommodating. Looking forward to returning!

What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

Great home in Windsor. Comfy beds and clean decor. Lovely modern lighting and well done updates to an historic building. Very friendly and welcoming host and great place to stay. Walking distance to many restaurants, Windsor Castle, and just across from the long walk. Overall great stay!

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. we were very happy with the stay at this location. the hosts left a very generous welcome basket - which wr took full advantage of. Once we figured out how to get to the riverfront the value of the location became clear. It is also super nice having a restaurant so close - picking up food there worked out well. we would definitely come back to this location! thank you.

Exactly what we needed! Very clean and lovely house. Space for 4 cars. It maybe needs more cooking equipment as there was only one chopping board, but we could always bring that with us next time we stay!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The house was the perfect size and space for the five of us. We especially loved the newly renovated kitchen! From communication & booking to location and cleanliness our experience was fabulous! There were Tube stations, markets and restaurants located within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Bill’s place was fantastic and incredibly spacious and decorated. We particularly enjoyed the TV and fireplace. Despite encountering a minor issue, Bill promptly resolved it and maintained a positive and accommodating attitude throughout our stay. He ensured we could check in early and check out late, which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was a great stay in a well looked after and gated community.

New apartment in a new building in a quiet residential area. Two metro lines (Elizabeth and Piccadilly) are easily reachable on foot or by bus. 20 minutes from Heathrow and 20 from Paddington. It was perfect for us. We felt at home. The apartment is actually nicer than what the photos can show. Barbara was always very helpful and answered all our questions rapidly. This is not a rental property; the host actually lives there and rents it only when she is away. This means that all cupboards, drawers and closets are full with the host's belongings. This was not an issue for us.

We had a really comfortable stay, and everything was exactly as described on the listing — the place was clean and well set up. If you’re sensitive to noise, the floorboards do creak overhead. The host was quick to respond, the location is super convenient, and the parking was a real bonus.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

We absolutely loved David’s place and 100% recommend. David’s communication was top notch, he provided us with recommendations of the area before we arrived and a thorough walkthrough video of the property with instructions on how to use all appliances which was greatly appreciated as we had no problems throughout! We stayed for 8 weeks and David checked up throughout which was incredible and if we needed anything he replied extremely fast. The place was completely spotless and even better than we were expecting! Bus stop right outside the house which was incredible and it was super close to shops and quick to get anywhere. Overall, we would 100% recommend this airbnb, it is even better than expected and we cannot think of one flaw this place has!

Susan is lovely and communicates very quickly, she met me on my first night and showed me around the apartment. She even left some snacks and some milk in the fridge for me which was a nice touch The apartment is immaculate, nicely furnished, very clean and well looked after, it felt very homely. Also something good to know is the entrance is completely separate to the rest of the house, which may not be obvious from the photos. The parking space on the drive is spacious, I was able to fit my van on there. I would happily stay here again.
