There is a king in master downstair bedroom w/ bath. Two twins in 2nd bedroom downstairs w/ bath. Upstairs is 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom & lg bath.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the ongoing drought, large sections of the Blanco river are dry, including ours! The River House is a stone house set above the Blanco river among huge oak trees. From the quaint, screened entry porch to the large deck with oak trees rising through it, the River House is a relaxing space for you to while away the hours. Kick back with your favorite beverage, put something on the grill and relax to the sounds of nature. And the stars are awesome!

The patio and breezeway are integral parts of the usable space. One side of Sunrise House has a large living room with a fireplace and huge windows. The house has top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes, a mix of new and curated furniture and decor, and beautiful custom art.

Close to Hamilton Pool, Pedernales Falls, Reimer Ranch, wineries, breweries and restaurants Thirty minutes to downtown Austin. Our guesthouse is perfect for longer stays with a full kitchen and laundry.
