Holiday rentals with a patio in Haywood County

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the moutains from the kitchen and living room/ deck was beautiful! The rental looks just like it appears in the pictures. New, modern, clean, and cozy. We would stay again!

This was my third stay at Sharon’s property, and it definitely will not be my last! The apartment is beautifully decorated and is stocked with all amenities you will need. It was spotlessly clean, organized and comfortable. The view is amazing and I couldn’t spend enough time on the porch reading, enjoying the view of the mountains, and enjoying the peace and tranquility. I highly recommend daily walks around the lake! Sharon and Anna are amazing hosts and provide fast communication if and when needed. When an unexpected storm rolled thru and the power went out temporarily, Sharon was quick to provide candles, flashlight, and battery pack for my phone. The bed is very comfy, and the stocked Nespresso machine is such an added bonus! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay and will be back next summer to enjoy it again!

Solid place to stay for good value with everything needed for a week stay.

Perfect location for our short stay in Waynesville! We had everything we needed and my kids enjoyed the playset in the back. I also appreciated the flexible late check out! Would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute, quaint place! We loved our stay- everything was clean, comfortable and felt like you were staying with a friend. The unit was spacious, well stocked , with plenty of privacy in the back yard and such a great value. We would love to stay again next year!

This was a great space for a little getaway! The place was very cute and retro themed and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus since we came from a backpacking trip. This was a great location as well, 6 minutes to waynesville and 10mins from downtown waynesville. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops minutes away. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. We had issues with the bathroom lights not working on the second day but when we asked Blake about it he was there within minutes and had it fixed within the half hour! We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we are in the area again.

This is an amazing place!! Beautiful view, great place to sit outside, close walking path, quiet, comfortable and nicely furnished. It was just so perfect!! Fell in love with the apartment and Lake Junaluska. Cannot say enough about what an exceptional place this was!

This was my second stay here. I love this place! Walkable to all the things Waynesville. Hot tub and fire pit are awesome. The layout is perfect when traveling with another person or 2 couples. Great front porch too!!!

Loved our stay in Waynesville because of the location, the view, and the beautiful, modern cabin with our 10 person birthday party group! The first floor’s kitchen included a massive island, top tier stovetop/oven, and multitude of stocked cabinets and appliances which made the room really stand out. We grilled breakfast to dinner our first day, utilizing the counter, fridge, and both sink spaces. The chairs and lofts, inside and outside, made our stay always feeling super comfy and relaxed, especially with the view (there’s the cutest white farmhouse sitting at the foot of one of the greenest mountains- so nice waking up to!) The modern furniture with black and white decor throughout the house was pristine and felt even more comfortable the longer our stay, including the beds/bedrooms which everyone enjoyed. Michelle was friendly and communicative from the very beginning, recommending places to go while also answering any questions our group had within the hour. Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay at the Eagles Nest. It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood next to a peaceful creek, but still close to grocery stores and a quick 30-minute run to the AVL airport. We enjoyed seeing a mama turkey with her four babies in the yard. The home was perfect for our group of seven adults, and four separate floors provides privacy but still a large common kitchen/living room where we played games and ate meals together. The kitchen is well-stocked with the best coffee (Keurig and Nespresso) bar I’ve seen! We really appreciated the to-go cups as well. Towels were plush and plentiful, and all of the beds were comfortable. Matthew was a great host — exceptionally responsive and provided clear instructions. We would definitely return for another stay to this beautiful home!

This place was perfect for a group of guys in town to play some golf and experience western NC!

We were in town for the Gourd Gathering - an annual gourd festival in NC in Waynesville. This house surpassed our expectations - much larger than the pictures give credit for. Very well stocked with essentials, large rooms, comfortable beds and linens, VERY close to downtown, food, entertainment, and the fairgrounds. Before our last day - we booked again for next year!!! Thank you so much for having us and we look forward to future visits!

Very peaceful. The view of the mountains is wonderful and the wildlife is incredible.

Stayed here for a night as a quick girls weekend and it was PERFECT! We felt safe and right at home. David was very proactive with plenty of instructions and pictures which helped with the use of the hot tub! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and enjoyed movies in bed! The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with appliances and kitchen wares if needed. It was SPOTLESS and the whole place was just beautiful! Showers and bathrooms were very nice and squeaky clean. We had plenty of towels, extra linens, and pillows. We loved the bee theme of the house and felt so safe having the fenced in backyard. Thank you, David, for sharing such a beautiful place and the honey was delicious, too! If you are considering staying here- BOOK IT! We will def be staying here again!
