Welcome to the Pearl - one of the largest airbnbs in the area at almost 2,000 sq ft. Located in Metro-Detroit, and the up-and-coming Hazel Park! My newly renovated, cozy, home is a great centrally located place to stay as you explore all that metro-Detroit has to offer while visiting for pleasure or business. You'll love the memory foam king bed in the master, and the queens in the second and third bedroom. Also features a driveway fit for 2-3 spots of of parking and fenced in large backyard.

Brian's place is in a great location! It's in-between Detroit and Ferndale/Hazel Park/Royal Oak. Close to Meijer and Kroger. Fun restaurants and bars nearby. Within a 20 minute walk of the transit center and just a block away from a few local bus stops. I felt safe in this neighborhood and found it walkable. Small, cute house with a large backyard. Modern, easy to find, clean, and organized. Room matches the description. Bathroom is stocked with essentials. Amenities such as kitchen and laundry were a plus. The house can run a tad cold, but temperature can be adjusted with the thermostat. Thin walls, but this did not bother me. Clean and well maintained common areas. Super comfy bed and sheets. Brian is super proactive in his communication and response. I would consider staying here in the future.
