Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-room with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom has a queen size double bed and comfortable sofa bed for 2 sleepers. You park the car, truck or car with trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car charge point can be arranged!

The swamp house is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross glued wood and stands on poles in a swamp with the beech forest as the nearest neighbor. In the winter you are surrounded by water, summertime high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking in shared driveway. EV charging available. The house is located about 50 from our own house. Happy child screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!
