Easy check in , place is very clean and has a really nice assortment of breakfast foods. Helpful guide in living room area for the space and surrounding area. Straight forward check out process. The area is stunning. Lake has nice clear water. Really quiet area with no road noise. We enjoyed our stay.

Hands down the most impressive and enjoyable rental my wife and I have ever experienced. We’ve never stayed anywhere that was stocked as much with utensils, dishes, grilling supplies, toiletries, sundries, linens- it really felt like a home away from home. Heber Springs is an amazing area, and Matthew’s place is situated as such where anything you may need or want to do is no more than ten minutes away. The fishing was absolutely fantastic. Being able to wake up, be down on the dock within a few seconds and watch the sunrise with a line in the water was priceless. We must’ve caught over three dozen fish over the course of our stay- rainbows and browns- all fourteen inches or bigger. Truly a remarkable experience. There’s absolutely no way we won’t be back as soon as we can make it happen!

We’re from Pangburn so it’s nice to have a place to stay outside of family. Super affordable, clean, and all around a great experience. Thanks!
