Our house is in a unique location, between the meadows and directly on the open water. Here you immediately get the holiday feeling! From the beautiful garden, you have a wide view, you can sit in the sun on one of the two terraces by the water, swim in front of the door and from the private jetty (12m) you can sail onto the Frisian lakes.

The 3 apartments at De Opper in Heeg are bright and fully furnished. In the cozy living room, there is also the open kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop and oven. Upstairs are 2 spacious double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and toilet. There is floor heating. On the terrace, you can sunbathe and enjoy. If you do not come by boat, but want to get on the water, you can rent a sloop or sailboat. Ask the host about the possibilities.

These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful location with the garden on open water, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lake area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electric boat! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh rolls. But a day trip on the Frisian lakes is also a quiet sensation!

On our "estate" next to the villa is our coach house. A noflik (cozy) tiny (carriage) house with bedstee that is equipped with all comforts. A minute's walk to our waterfront at the De Poelen nature reserve. Whisper boats, paddle board, swing bench, hammock, terraces, etc. all on the waterfront to the west with the setting sun.
