Sehr zentral gelegen mit hochwertigster Einrichtung ist diese Wohnung etwas sehr Besonderes. Fast vor der Tür findet sich die beliebte Lister Meile mit ihren netten Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell, geräumig und verfügt über drei TV. Das WLAN lässt sich auch auf dem Balkon nutzen. Besonders wichtig ist natürlich der Schlafkomfort. Deswegen legen wir Wert auf gute Matratzen und bieten auch Nackenkissen an.

Hallo und herzlich willkommen in meinem neuem Ferienhaus, direkt am Naturschutzgebiet der herrlichen Seenplatte Hüttensee. Durch das eigene Tor zum Wald seid ihr direkt in der wunderschönen Natur. Ihr habt einen eigenen Stellplatz für euer Auto und das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Gleich nebenan ist der Hüttenseepark mit vielen Attraktionen. Im Umkreis von 50 km befindet sich der Heidepark Soltau, Snowdom Bispingen, Kartbahn Bispingen, Serengeti Park Hodenhagen, und vieles mehr.

Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with a large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25min to Lübeck, 40min to Schwerin, 45min to the Baltic Sea beach or 50min to the city of Hamburg.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

Well suited for Hamburg visitors, private or business. Diverse gastronomy and shopping (New Wall, Jungfernstieg, Europapassage) in the immediate vicinity, a stone's throw into HafenCity, just over a kilometer to the Reeperbahn.

We are happy to welcome you to our annex of our detached house in the green oasis of Hamburg. You will stay wonderfully quietly and greenly and are still in 30 minutes by bike or bus in the city of Hamburg. Everything you need for a few days on site will be provided to you by us. We live here with our 2 children, so there are sometimes children's noises and toys ;) And for everything else, always feel free to ask!

Cozy, rural and yet close to the city ground floor apartment. The historic Celle city center is within walking distance in about 25 minutes, by bike in approx. 10 minutes. A bus runs every 30 minutes to the city. Hikes and bike tours can practically start at the front door and the Lüneburg Heath is also not too far away.

We live in the center of Leeste, municipality of Weyhe. Our place is a small annex with about 76 square meters on 2 floors. It is a 5-minute walk to the nearest bakery, and shopping is also within walking distance. It is about 12 km from the city center of Bremen. No smoking and no animals.
