Onze nieuw gebouwde bosvilla staat midden in een groene oase van stilte, ontspanning en rust in de bosrijke heuvels van Groesbeek. Vanuit dit vrijstaande huis kun je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en/of mountainbiken. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 800 m2 heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

The Old Glass Factory

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Het huisje (2024) heeft een gezellige woonruimte met een (slaap)bank, compacte keuken, badkamer, apart slaapkamertje (140 cm bed) . Beide kamers hebben een eigen buitendeur. Afgesloten erf met parkeergelegenheid voor twee auto’s en fietsen. LHBTQ+ gasten zijn van harte welkom in ons Heilig Huisje.

Prive-studio met airco inclusief zelf-service ontbijt. Prachtige ligging aan bosrand, aan de N70 wandelroute. Eigen badkamer en kitchenette. De kamer heeft een eigen ingang via de tuin, eigen voorzieningen, volledig afsluitbaar. Gedeeld gebruik van de tuin en terras. Het 2-persoonsbed is 1,40 m breed en 2.10 m lang. Keukentje met kookplaat en magnetron is geschikt voor het bereiden van een eenvoudige maaltijd. Fietsen kunt U stallen onder de overkapping in de afgesloten tuin.

Welkom in ons sfeervolle gastenverblijf in Malden, gelegen in de nabijheid van diverse bos- en natuurgebieden zoals de Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen en het Reichswald. Centrum Nijmegen is ongveer 15 minuten rijden. Een bushalte met directe busverbinding naar Station Nijmegen en Radboudumc ligt op 75 meter van onze woning. Diverse voorzieningen, zoals supermarkt en horeca, zijn op loopafstand. Thermen Berendonck bevindt zich op 14 minuten rijden.

Welcome to our fully sustainably renovated coach house, located on the beautiful Watermeerwijk estate in the wooded area of Berg en Dal. This charming accommodation accommodates 2-4 people and combines authentic historical details with modern comfort. The coach house is surrounded by nature and is ideal for those who love peace, space and adventure. Directly from the front door, you can step onto the famous hiking and mountain bike routes that make this region famous.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
