The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

On 150 m², the thatched roof house has a living/dining room with a large open kitchen and fireplace, 3 bedrooms with 2 box springs and 1 double bed. 1 shower room with sauna and 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. An attic with a rest area and desk. To the south, the house is generously laid out with a personal 35 m² wooden terrace.

Our "Luxus Landhaus Friederike" is located between the golf course and the Baltic Sea directly at the Hohwachter Buchenwald. The house is lovingly, colorful and exclusively furnished. Also from the sauna and the lower bedroom you have direct access to the garden, from the east balcony you look into the forest life, often see deer, foxes, hear herons fighting around their horsts and can follow the train of the wild birds.
