The Intercity train station with direct connections to Amsterdam (31 min) and Alkmaar (6 m) is 3 minutes away.

The farmhouse offers generous space for 10 guests, in the house you will experience a pleasant atmosphere, large windows overlooking a beautiful garden. Outside is a wooden dining table, for the children there is a trampoline, the house is child-friendly. The house is within walking distance of the city center with shops and restaurants. The train station is 1 km away. In half an hour, you can reach Amsterdam by train. Within 20 minutes, you can cycle to the beach. Groups of young people under 20 are not allowed.

A weekend away, city trip Amsterdam/Alkmaar, wooded cycling routes or spending time by the sea… Welcome to unwind here, take your night's sleep and recharge for the next day. The station, supermarkets, drugstore, bakery and restaurants are only a minute's walk away. The neighborhood of this guesthouse is really equipped with every comfort. The accommodation built in 2020 has a separate shower and toilet downstairs and upstairs a living/bedroom. There is no cooking facility or outdoor space.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

The distance to the beach and dunes is 20 minutes by bike, and you can reach the city center of Alkmaar in 15 minutes by bike. Shops, (nice boutiques) restaurants and the station are a 5-minute walk away, making Amsterdam also easy to reach, 30 minutes by train. Everything within reach and yet experiencing the feeling of tranquility is absolutely applicable to this place.

Sta hoogte boven is 1.30cm! Tweepersoons bed 1.80x2.20cm. Regendouche/toilet. Niet geschikt voor kinderen. Geen huisdieren. Roken is niet toegestaan.

Ons gastenverblijf in het centrum van Limmen is geheel gerenoveerd in jan/feb 2024 met een geheel nieuwe badkamer. Het is een aangebouwd appartement (30m2) met eigen ingang en alle voorzieningen (AH, bakker, etc) 3min te voet. Het prachtige Noord-Hollandse duingebied en het strand (10min), maar ook ook Alkmaar(15min) en Amsterdam(30min) zijn goed bereikbaar. Parkeren kan aan de straat en is gratis. U krijgt een privé stuk tuin tot uw beschikking.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. The building is known and famous for the many artists who have performed there. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. On the ground floor you will find one of the best and trendiest restaurants in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water. The entire house is new and high-quality finished.

Cottage in Heiloo

Volledig ingerichte vakantiewoning van 75m2 gelegen in een unieke tuin op het zuiden met veel privacy. Er is een overdekt terras van 20m2 aan de zijkant waardoor je er een tuinkamer bij hebt waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Zelfs als het regent. In de tuin en in het bos staan diverse bronzen sculpturen die door kunstenares Ditta Engel zijn gemaakt. Een lust voor het oog. Een plek waar rust en ruimte elkaar ontmoeten

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
