It is located on the 7th floor (elevator to the 6th floor) with living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and small bathroom with shower/sink/toilet. Kitchenware, bed linen and towels are provided. With enclosed parking around the corner (maximum entrance height 2.05 m). Close to the beach and city center. Shops, tram stops and train station within walking distance. Ideal for your seaside vacation! Parties are prohibited!
