Guest apartment in farmhouse built in 2022 with high coziness! On the lower floor is the entrance hall, a toilet and a shower. Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave and fridge) and two sleeping alcoves - one with two 80 cm beds and the other with two 70 cm beds, which can be put together into double beds. Sofa and TV in one sleeping alcove. Office space for computer to screen and wifi connection. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to go by bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or boards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, snowmobile rentals and many other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country cycling. If you have any questions, give us a call and ask.

Located by old forest with walkway to train station, Ica and bakery. Suitable to stay 2 adults and 2 children. Max 4 adults. Lawn outside the house with seating for 4 people. Slackline. I would prefer you to clean the house yourself. Cleaning fee will otherwise apply according to agreement. Write in the request if you want towels and beds.

In this cottage you live either well yourself, 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The loft bed is 140 cm wide, a 2x80cm foldable sofa is available in the living room. The cottage is located in Undersåker in a small residential area and with 1 mil to Åre and southern Åre mountains there are plenty of activities. It is within walking distance to Ica and train station. Outside the house there is storage for ski equipment and a private parking with engine heater. The price includes bed linen, towel and cleaning.

Modern mountain cabin

Welcome to a modern mountain home for the family. Here you can relax in front of the fire and enjoy the view of the mountain world glimpsed between the treetops. Wood-fired sauna on the plot completed in January 2024. Fine longitudinal tracks and groomed trails are just outside the door. Trillevallens ski area offers both easily accessible off piste as well as a large children's area and good backlunch. Transport lift to the ski area is a few hundred meters from the house or a couple of minutes by car.

Welcome to book accommodation for family or with your friends! A cosy cottage around nature and forest that gives a sense of privacy and tranquility! Here is the opportunity to play on the cabin's farm, grill sausages, take a walk /ski after the pilgrim trail, or just enjoy on the sofa in front of a fire! Despite the secluded location, it is only 800m to E14 where there is a bus stop. It is 2 km to Undersåker train station and nearest Ica store! To Åre village it is about 12 km (10 min by car).

Relax with the whole family in our nice cottage. A few meters to many nice miles of well-groomed cross-country ski tracks and close to Trillevallen lift system, just a few dog trams to the trailer that easily get you to the slope. In the summer there are hiking trails, swimming and kayaking nearby. The cottage is perfect for families with children, three spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, bathroom and sauna. Possibility to charge the electric car, charging is paid separately.

St Olavsleden passes outside the cabin. The cottage is located on the villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre which is 12km away. The cabin is 400m from Undersåker train station and 150m from the bus stop.
