Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Hellam Township

Suzi and Luci’s Place was absolutely beautiful. For a home that often takes pets, it was top tier clean. They were more than accommodating on check-in time since we were traveling from east end of Long Island, it was about a 4 1/2 hour drive. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean, they had the AC and some lights on for us when we got there as well which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay very short. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Suzi and Luci were very understanding when we messaged late at night that we had to leave due to family emergency. The view of the falls was gorgeous. Be prepared for some noise from the road at night as it backs up straight to it, but the hostesses offer ear plugs which was super nice! The shower is a bit small so beware if you are a larger person. Overall a great stay, great communication, super clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and fully enjoy the home! We loved this stay! The lite house was very nice and renovated, while still maintaining original structure. The porches all around were great and the view from the master bedroom was stunning. Easy walk to small private beach. Town is about a 10 minute drive. We dined at Woodys and the Wellwood and they were both tasty!

The place was breath taking. Host amazing! If you’re looking for a getaway this is the real deal! BOOK NOW! Worth every dollar!

This duplex is fantastic. We came here for our daughter’s wedding and the stay in this house was amazing. The house was very warm and inviting the moment we opened the door to came inside. The cleanliness of this house is remarkable. The instructions of the house were very well written out and in detail. I love the loft upstairs and there was more than enough room for everyone in the house. The kitchen is equipped with all pans and utensils needed to cook including plates and cups. This made it very convenient to have meals ready for the family. Everything was well explained about the house and the decorating is magnificent.

The house is cute and well appointed. The basement game room is wonderful (it’s why we booked this house). Nice washer and dryer, basically has everything you need! Karl answers messages promptly and/or calls to help or answer questions. The patio is a wonderful spot to enjoy the morning. My ONLY complaint is the surprise we got upon arrival to see a large auction house on the property. Auctions are every other Monday. We were gone the day of the auction, so we did not see how much traffic there was for the auction itself. There was a bit of light traffic to and from the auction house the week we were there for pickups. The auto shop next door wasn’t bad, either, as far as noise goes. I think it might be more typical up north for residential and commercial to be mixed like that-we were just not used to that. At the end of the day, it was fine. I just think full disclosure is best. I WOULD rent this house again.

This listing was Wonderful only about 20 mins to Hershey Pa which was great for me . Check in was Easy The house was very stylish,Clean And Homey . I love how she was Dog Friendly and had a little set up for My furr son . if you was to bring you furr baby no need to bring food bowls or water bowls she has a nice little bed set up and all which I thought was so cute she also had different board Games which was great for me and my family . House is very stocked with things that came n Handy during my stay I would recommend this home to anyone who looking stay

Paula's communication was excellent, The location was very easy to find and could even accommodate our small cargo trailer. The inside was impeccable with plenty of amenities. Every room was very comfortable and well lit. We will definitely be staying there again next year. Thank you Paula

Natalie does an amazing job managing the immaculate grounds at Red Run. She was overly helpful and accommodating with the questions I had before my arrival and during my stay. What a welcoming place to enjoy a well needed break from the crazy pace of life. Things slow down once you turn onto Red Run Road!

The Red Door Retreat was awesome!! The place was clean and beautiful. There is so many things to do without leaving the house. My dog loved it too :) I will definitely be back.

Cheryl’s place was great! Very cozy and comfortable. I traveled with my husband, two young kids, and our dog, and although the actual guesthouse was a little small for the four of us, having access to the yard and the deck made it feel a lot bigger. I booked the place with the hopes of the kids using the pool, but the unseasonably cold and rainy June weather made it difficult…. Although my kids still took a “cold plunge” the day we got there and had fun!! We enjoyed the outdoor porch … loved the porch swing and sitting listening to the birds. Cheryl told us about a walking trail right on their property, which we walked, and had fun exploring. The guesthouse is nestled in the woods, which was beautiful and quiet! Cheryl and her husband Jamie were personable and very responsive! If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay in Cheryl’s place again!

Very peaceful. Nice views. Plenty to see and do here. The pool was refreshing and private. Tim and Sharon work hard and it shows! Beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed our stay. If you enjoy a camp fire Tim’s spruced up fire pit was very relaxing..

This place is cleaned with eco/people friendly products which is very important for my immune system. No febreezes, scented candles, chemical air fresheners, hormone disrupting laundry soap, and dish soap! They are ahead of the curve and care about you by providing such products! They provide essential cookware, lovely instant or fresh latte brewed daily or hot chocolate for your pleasure. The family is wholesome, active, full of life, and a nice balancer and healing to be by for us after experiencing turmoil in our life🙏truly a blessing 🙏 the place is beautiful, clean, stylish, comfortable, and you have a view of the mountains. Gratitude practice notebook inside if you do choose. I highly recommend 🙏

We absolutely loved the house, and all the history that came with it. Beautiful treasures throughout the house that we much enjoyed looking at. Lighting was fabulous. Beds were comfortable and only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay! Short drive to Hershey and neighboring towns with lots to do! A+++

Excellent stay at this house. The house is a large multi floor cabin. It is off the main road and completely surrounded by woods with no other visible homes and minimal road noise. Bedrooms were large. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels and bath items (shampoo etc) giving it a nice hotel feel. Entrance is a simple code on the front door smartlock. We had some challenges with a bathroom, lightbulb, and sauna and Mariou was excellent and responsive. We had a group of six but the home can easily accommodate many more. Place feels rustic, but modern enough. The super high ceilings in the main common room give it a grand feel. Would recommend staying here.

Hosts have thought of everything. If you are searching for relaxing peaceful accommodations, this cabin fits the bill. The cabin is spotless with an added bonus that Little Buffalo State Park is nearby.

What a wonderful place! I was in the area to attend a dog show and Crystal's place was perfect. Wonderful quiet area, the unit was clean and well equipped and Crystal was responsive and easy to communicate with. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The guest house is just as lovely and welcoming as the main house! It’s always clean, quiet, and perfect for giving our family a little extra space to spread out and relax. We love having both homes together—it truly makes our stay even more special. Thank you again for making everything so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place for a weekend getaway! Very quiet and private with nice and new amenities. Only thing is that it got a little cold at the house (we stayed there early June) outside of the bedroom but other than that this was great!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Boundry Bungalow with our 2 dogs and our 10 month-old child. The house was spotless and more than enough space for us all. You can tell the hosts go out of there way to make it feel like a home with the decor and furniture selections. There is a spacious, fenced-in back yard that was great for our dogs to run around in, and it is tucked away off the road enough that you're not bothered by passing traffic. The place is conveniently located within 5-7 minutes of the highway and was the ideal spot for us to stay as we were in town to visit family. Will definitely be a top choice for us in the future when we are in town! 10/10

Mike & Kristi's place is a hidden gem, perfect getaway for peace & quiet. The RiverBungalow is absolutely stunning and spotless!! My husband and I truly had a wonderful and memorable stay. Mike & Kristi are excellent hosts. Highly recommended and greatly appreciated!!

We are so happy to have experienced Emma and Will’s schoolhouse suite. It was incredibly peaceful, comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely come back if in the area again and recommend to anyone visiting Lancaster! Wonderful hosts and accommodations!
