Happy with our stay! The apartment was small but sufficed for 2 people. Shower pressure was abysmal but otherwise everything functioned as intended and the host's communication was great.

Rrezarta was amazing she is warm and welcoming and very helpful. The apartment has all the stuff you need for a family and beach stuff too!

Great view, great place, great hosts!

West New York is a hidden gem, the view of the Manhattan Skyline is priceless. We enjoyed incorporating the 25 minute walk along the waterfront to the ferry (across to Manhattan) in our daily routine. Great experience of suburban New York and an escape from the NYC noise. Really felt this was the best of both worlds for our 10 days in NYC.

Absolutely stunning apartment with an insane view of NYC! Beautiful amenities in the apartment, was excited to come back to it after a day exploring NYC. Would stay again and recommend others to stay. Valerie was a great host, very accomodating and responsive on message.

Emma has a beautiful home and I was very comfortable. It had everything for my 5 week stay. Some highlights; proximity to NYC with NJ Transit at the corner, garden, proper kitchen and super comfortable bed. En suite, bed linen and overall cleanliness round out a favorite AirBnB experience. The apartment was very clean and practically brand new. The apartment is nicely appointed, very comfortable and lacks for nothing. The location is great with very easy access to the city via public transportation: light rail metro to PATH to MTA takes ~30 minutes to World Trade Center. The view of the city is fantastic day and night. There is a tasty breakfast and lunch place with nice portions right outside the first floor entrance making your daily departure too convenient. Enjoy a 20-minute walk to Liberty State Park to see Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Largest planetarium in the western hemisphere right across the street. One could spend hours merely watching all the activity in the Upper Bay from your perch high up in New Jersey. This apartment is a great way to unlock NYC without the downsides of being right in the city, and the views of the city from the apartment are unrivaled for the price. The property owner is super responsive and very helpful.

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

The house was spacious for the family every floor had a restroom, very convenient the view was awesome from the balcony cute little house! Very quiet neighborhood, people were friendly walking distance to stores & restaurants transportation was close too! Cute little house! Will stay again if decide to go back to visit NY! Stephen’s place was in a great location for a beach weekend with friends. The house was walkable to the beach and restaurants and was as described in the listing.

Our stay at Samuel’s place went very smoothly! We had a great time staying here. The arcade machine was a really nice addition and kept my friends son entertained for hours. The place was slightly smaller than it looked in the pictures but we weren’t complaining! Samuel was always very responsive to any questions my group and I had or suggestions we needed, the only issue I would say is if you have a large vehicle like a Truck or SUV I would not recommend staying here because the driveway is a very tight fit and finding parking on the street can be a hard task, but that’s obviously not Samuel’s fault in any way whatsoever! We still enjoyed ourselves and we appreciate Samuel for always trying to make sure we had a good stay and always trying to make sure his guests feel at home. We would definitely consider staying at any of Samuel’s properties again if we’re in the area!

This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Mr. Robert is an amazing host. Polite, responsive, friendly and flexible. The house is as described (actually bigger than we expected), comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend Mr. Robert’s listing and stay there again! Thank you so much, Mr. Robert!!!!

We loved our stay! It’s in a great location- very walkable to nearby shops, and about a 20 minute drive to Met Life. The place was absolutely spotless and impeccably cleaned when we arrived. Highly recommended!

I had such a relaxing and joyful night at Estefany's place! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the bus stop, and as soon as you get off, you’re greeted by the most breathtaking view. It immediately lifts your spirits, and the best part is, you can enjoy that same view right from inside the room! This is truly a top-notch stay. Estefany and Athiaperez are both so kind and welcoming, and I already miss Rio! 🐶 I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting New York. Also, if you’re into morning runs, this is a perfect spot. Waking up and running with such a stunning view is an experience you shouldn’t miss. I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in New York. The place is clean, comfortable, and very safe. Highly, highly recommended! ✨✨

The apartment was exactly as described and the area was so leafy and peaceful. AJ gave really clear instructions how to access and it was really easy to find. The beds were so comfortable and the whole place was really clean with every amenity. There was even a kettle, which was great for tea lovers 😊

The space was as described and very clean. I didnt have a car but it was just a few blocks away from the light rail. There are plenty of awesome restaurants and more with waking distance. Everything you need is in the house. The A/c is a bit loud in the bedroom but works great.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Everything as described. Good neighborhood. Very easy and fast to go with busses through the Lincoln tunnel to NYC (worked great even while a strike when we were there). And it's really perfect to look at the Empire State Building in the evening. What you also should know: There are 2 steep stairs to the 3rd floor, so this is not a good choice for elderly people with big bags. For all others great!

Gorgeous location, great transport right on the doorstep and a lovely spot to take in the NYC skyline. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
