On the Terrace - "The Nut" View Studio 3

ROWANRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We loved our separate apartment thankyou. Comfortable king bed and electric blanket and pump heater made for a relaxing 10 hour sleep. Kitchenette and bathroom and hot shower were ample for our use. TV positioned so we could watch our Netflix from bed. Hurley's seafood restaurant only a minutes walk away with amazing fresh seafood direct from their bright red trawlers parked at the wharf 150 metres away. Crayfish was available on the menu. We didn't want to leave Stanley or On The Terrace at 10am!

Tarkine Wilderness Lodge - Tasmanian Wilderness

SueRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The Tarkine Wilderness Lodge is on the very Eastern boundary of the Tarkine Wilderness area. We were hoping to explore other regions of the Tarkine, but because of the isolation of the Lodge, and therefore distance involved, we decided to not do this. There are walks that extend a bit into the forest, but you have to be confident to follow pink-taped trails as the path is not obvious. We did do this and found that there were adequate markers. The Lodge is amazing with beautiful timbers and windows giving 200 degree view from the living area, and each bedroom has its own view and outside entrance. All facilities are of excellent quality.

Look no further if you’re staying in Sisters Beach than Salty Seahorse! Immaculate premises in a quiet location close to the sea. Our grandson and little dog had a brilliant time like the rest of us! Gordon.

Fika Tiny House

NicoleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had the most amazing stay at the Fika Tiny House — it was easily one of the best experiences we’ve had in Tasmania. Staying on the farm with the animals was pure magic, and waking up to Clover and Cedric in the early hours was the sweetest surprise. The sauna was incredible — such a beautiful and relaxing hour spent unwinding. We also cooked the most delicious chicken soup using the gorgeous stove and loved eating out of the beautiful ceramic bowls — it honestly made everything feel even more special. Every little detail was perfect; we truly couldn’t fault a thing. We can’t wait to come back one day!

Heathcliff1 Luxury Couples Retreat

CherieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had the most relaxing time at this little coastal gem. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the stunning white sands and crystal-clear waters of Boat Harbour Beach. One of the few places you can watch the sun rise and set. We were lucky that due to lack of moon, we got some Aurora action. One of the most comfortable beds we've slept on, coupled with the sound of the sea was so relaxing. Really comfy lounge chairs allowed us to have the same view as sitting on the deck if it got to hot, cold, windy etc. Great to enjoy the lovely wine we bought on our trip. Sonya was super responsive and friendly. Any minor hiccups were sorted straight away. This place is well positioned explore the surrounding areas too. We went to Marrawah and a few other spots for a few hours each morning, so we could spend the afternoons chilling out. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat. We’ll definitely be back!
