Studio indépendant à Arlon. Proche de la frontière luxembourgeoise, au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Sas d'entrée pour vélo, parking facile dans la rue. Il est plus facile de se déplacer aux alentours du studio en voiture ( rue en côte, peu de bus) Nous habitons dans la maison attenant au studio (indépendant) et sommes donc présents pour vous aider en cas de besoin. Gare d'Arlon à 2km Frontière luxembourgeoise à 2km, Luxembourg Ville à 32km Le studio fait environ 25m carré.

This studio of very recent construction (less than two years) is bright and spacious, in perfect condition and fully furnished. There is a big walk-in shower and a new kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. It has a terrace from which you'll enjoy lovely sunsets over the entire valley!
