Lakeway has 4 double bedrooms, the master bedroom is ensuite and there is a large living / dining area which has plenty of room to relax with friends or family. Garden Flat, Ullswater: Fabulous views and reviews

Stunning views of Ullswater... Very special... Perfect... Well equipped... Spotless and clean... Fantastic host... No picture of our panoramic view can really do justice to The Garden Flat. But we hope those words from our most recent reviews do. The flat is in an elevated 19th century former hunting lodge. The Ullswater Way walking route is at the end of the drive. Down the hill is the Brackenrigg Inn, with its own microbrewery, and Another Place, with lake swimming and spa facilities.

The Bothy is a small snug barn conversion adjoining our home close to Ullswater The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and has green electric heating and a wood burning stove in a sandstone inglenook, a wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with ensuite facilities. Ryebank Cottage

Ryebank Cottage is in the beautiful, rural village of Bampton. It's a 5-minute walk from the River Lowther and offers a wealth of walks from the front door. A 10-minute drive away is Haweswater which is a great place to have a very peaceful hill walk. In the other direction, Pooley Bridge is more populated and offers diversions such as hiring a rowing boat or travelling up the Lake on a steamer.
