The house is about 5 km from the E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has a fully equipped kitchen, even a microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available, but sheets and towels are to be brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and WiFi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to use. In summer, there is also a heated pool. Additional accommodation in a large apartment can also be rented.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends.
