Holiday rentals with a patio in Hendricks County

Great stay on the outskirts of Indy. Very clean and good amount of space. We were happy with the location. The only downfall was the Ubers had a tough time finding the address because the place was so new the address didn’t bring them to the correct location. The owners were very friendly and responsive. Overall a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The laundry was a big bonus in our time as we needed it here and there. One minor flaw was the smoke smell that we got when we first stepped in. That was solved with some open windows. Other than that, a wonderful place!

Amy’s place was a perfect stay and had lots of nice touches: Full sized towels, throw blankets! Actual potholders so that the kitchen was usable. Clean and comfortable. Felt like being at home. The complex pool and amenities are really nice and the area was safe and conveniently located. Time your entrances and exits (or just go South) bc when the church traffic lets out, it’s a bear. 10/10 will stay again.

We loved our stay! The apartment is exactly as pictured—cozy, bright, and just the right size for a quick weekend getaway in Indy. We spent most of our time out of the apartment visiting our daughter, so we barely missed not having a TV. Everything was spotless, the check-in was smooth, and the location made getting around a breeze. Highly recommend!

Miguel was super kind and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was easy to get to and I felt very safe in the area. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We were in town for a family wedding and this home was perfect location for our stay. Close enough to the interstate and shopping but secluded enough for privacy and quiet. Plenty of room too. Kitchen has a large bar island that we used to ice the wedding cake my mom made for her grandson, the groom!

The home has plenty of space for a large group. It is strange that the master bedroom has three beds. As adults, I don’t want to share a room with others but I wanted the master bathroom. It would be better accommodations to double up the beds in other rooms other than the master. The listing mentions third party verification, which was an actual pain to do while traveling when it was sent to me. It is not mobile friendly therefore very inconvenient. Make sure you sort that before check in. Also, the water pressure in the house is awful. The showers trickle water to where washing your hair is actually impossible and you have to ring a wash cloth out on you to get the soap off your body. That should be looked into. The host answered promptly and the home was new and worth the price. I’d rent it again if the water situation gets resolved.

So honestly I didn’t get to stay at Sandy’s because I messed up the dates. She was a gem. Let me cancel the second night. Her communication was excellent. Faster than I could get to it. I gave her five stars for everything because I’m sure it was lovely. She was even going to let me use her kitchen. I hope to stay there another time. Thanks, Sandy!

Overall enjoyed my stay. I was able to check in as late as I needed, and wasn’t bothered at all while being there. They had a couple of dogs, but I hardly noticed them other than a little smell. Older room and bathroom wasn’t pristine, but overall totally worth the price.

We were in Indiana visiting my son and this home was close to where he lives. We really liked the fenced backyard since we brought our dog. I was alittle worried about the last review, but happy to report that the place was clean and we had no issues. It had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Joshua was very responsive when I reached out to him.

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. I was very comfortable and felt safe in the environment. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly and quiet. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Indy for a short or long visit. ED Estates was very good responding to any questions that I had and being helpful when I could not fit my vehicle in the attached garage due to size. The additional parking was more than sufficient. I will look them up whenever I am in the area and need a place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.

Christy was a excellent host for their beautiful place. Great location, safe and friendly people around. It was like being on an island paradise of racing in the downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to stay!
