Cozy and Comfortable, great Spring destination!

This house is an old model, but it is a cozy comfortable house and will everything you need for your stay. In Brownsburg it's only minutes from the Indianapolis Raceway Park and the Lucas Oil Raceway. There is plenty of entertainment and food options within driving distance and a couple you can walk to. I have wifi and streaming with a Fire Stick available on the TV. I do not have cable. I have Netflix, Disney, HBO. Feel free to bring your own Streaming Devices to access your own shows.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cozy spot. Recently remodeled, this space has a fresh interior with lots of comfort. Kitchenette, spacious shower, comfortable beds! Located 25 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, 8 miles from the airport, & minutes away from coffee shops, grocery stores, hospitals, shopping, parks, restaurants, and more. The tiny house sits behind a small business. There’s plenty of privacy. The back parking lot is shared with the business. Huge yard!

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Love coffee? Love to workout or take a walk? Love to cook? Love convience? This is the place for you. The host was very accommodating and very responsive! The place was an easy walk to pool, gym, and shopping center. The kitchen includes everything you need to have a nice family meal. Very clean and organized! One day, the AC stopped working, none to fault of the host. It was a malfunction of a part. The host dropped everything, was able to have maintenance to come by and the issue waa resolved in less a hour. We will definitely book again for our annual family vacation.

Florence was very responsive during the stay. Her place is one of the best Airbnb places I have lived so far. I loved the idea of keeping a robotic ping pong in the living room. Her place is close to the Eagle Creek park. I loved the area and would visit again. Thank you Florence for being such a great host.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Suzanne’s listing the weekend of the Indy 500! The apartment is spacious, great for couples or a family of 3-4. The space was clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of character and personalized touches. Suzanne and her husband put a lot of thought into the design and amenities, everything from the bathroom toiletries to the well-stocked kitchen made the stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very cute! Free parking was a huge plus, and the location was super convenient to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Suzanne is a fantastic host, extremely responsive and genuinely welcoming. I can tell they care about making sure their guests have an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Suzanne’s listing to anyone looking for a peaceful and well appointed stay near Indianapolis! Thanks again for having us!

Hector‘s home was beautiful and well appointed with Modern appliances and features, all tastefully done. The garage features a very nice playroom with games, refrigerator, large TV and seating-perfect for teenagers. There was a minor glitch with linen but it was promptly addressed after contacting Hector. The home is adjacent to a busy street and heavy traffic can be heard during the day in the front part of the house however this was not an issue at night. We would definitely stay there again when visiting the area.

Hellen was very accommodating; I had no issues during my stay. The house was clean, the guest room I stayed in looked very nice, and the bed was comfortable! My only critique is the directions to get to the room are a little unclear when you first walk into the house. It felt a little strange initially walking around in their house, but the guest rooms and bathrooms are labeled which was helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Very nice, brand new house. Spacious and accommodating for our group of six. Beds were comfortable. The subdivision is still in the process of being built. Host was responsive. This was perfect for our one night stay as we were in town for the Indianapolis 500. Only a 20 minute drive or so to the track. Would stay again.

It was great for accommodating our family for a wedding. We enjoyed the children being able to run around outside in the big yard. It was also nice having three bathrooms to get ready and in. The beds were comfortable.
