Manuel is a responsive and very flexible host. I had come to take exams, and he let me choose the time of my check out so that I could take my last exam quietly. The accommodation matches the photos, it was very clean and ideally located (10 min from the train station, many shops). I recommend it!

I had a great time with Guillaume, who is an amazing host. The apartment is beautiful, nicely decorated and located in the middle of Vieux Lille, close to all amenities. Great stay in the area. Great value for money. As described. Private parking but for small to medium-sized vehicles. Free public parking space available nearby. Well soundproofed and quiet apartment. Close to the city center. Great time in this flat. I would highly recommend it.

Clean and tidy, everything as expected. Good off the street secure parking. Handy for access to the town centre. Access is via a tight spiral staircase, not easy carrying suitcases upstairs to the first floor.

A very pleasant accommodation, tastefully furnished, well-equipped and close to shops and not too far on foot from the city center of Arras. I enjoyed the small garden, ideal for a small coffee and reading outside, and the balneo bathtub to decompress. Hélène and Cathy are very responsive. Recommended!
