Private deck over-looking the bay with pool access. Located next door to Fish Tales Bar and Grill. 5 minute walk to the beach! One boat slip also comes with the rental. Please just let me know in advance if you will be using it so i can reserve the slip. This apartment is located on ground level but there are a few steps (about 6) to the front door. The pool on the property is shared with four other apartments. The pool is open during the summer months from May 15-Sept 15 Must be 21+ to rent

Nestled in a neighborhood yet close to the Cape May-Lewes Ferry (summer concerts; restaurant) and the Bay beach (walking distance), this stylish, modern farmhouse/coastal rental boasts hardwood floors, new paint, all new amenities, fixtures and furnishings.
