It's 6 km to the North Sea. Falen Å runs close to the house and is great for paddleboarding, kayaking.

There is a nice large enclosed terrace with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a bench. 1 pet can be brought but must not be on the sofa. In 2020, the cottage underwent a partial renovation.
