Unique BnB apartment in downtown Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Unique opportunity to live directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on newly built Aarhus Ø. Wifi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade is just outside well visited. Cozy and well utilized bathhouse with sleeping home. Fantastic, south facing, 180 degree panoramic views to water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its very best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

There are stops for the tram (Letbanen) a few minutes' walk from the B&B. The apartment is 63 m2 and is suitable for accommodation for families, a group of colleagues, or two couples traveling together, etc. It contains two bedrooms with two single beds in each room that can be "stiched together" to a double bed, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Nice & cozy designer flat with balcony 5 min from the railway st. The flat is a newly renovated 2 room apartment (bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, bath 58 m2). It is ultra centrally located (still quiet) & in a very nice and safe neighborhood (Frederiksbjerg)with a lot of cafés, specialty stores & flea-/green markets & parks. - Free bikes (2) to borrow, just let me know before you arrive - Double bed for 2 (160 cm), if more than 2 visitors it will be at a good air mattress in the living room.

I had a great stay at Ulrik's apartment! Communication was quick and easy from start to finish, and the apartment fully lived up to the photos – if not more. Super clean, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to everything you need. Ulrik was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend both the apartment and Ulrik as a host – and will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself!

We had a very nice stay in Aarhus. We loved the location in this quite modern part of Aarhus. There is lots to do with restaurants and cafes but also a lot of playgrounds and a perfect place for our son for riding his bike/step. Place is really clean. There is one bedroom (which we didn’t really check out properly) but our son’s bed just fitted near the bed. A water cooker would have made the place complete!

Nice apartment with space, light and air, very functional. Located on a pedestrian street, i.e. no traffic noise. A few happy people in the street at night, but good windows in the bedroom gave night rest anyway. Good bed. The kitchen equipment was very basic, not suitable for making larger meals. Jonas was kind and very flexible about check-in and check-out. I would stay there again
