5 stars isn’t enough for these hosts and this cozy little Mpls gem! The duplex is cute, clean, and surprisingly comfy — kind of like if a Pinterest board came to life and gave you a warm hug. But the real magic? That’s the hosts. thoughtful, funny, and somehow always one step ahead of what you need. Highly recommend staying here — unless I’ve already booked it.

Great place close to lots of Minneapolis. If you like the city, this would be a great place for you!

We loved our stay! The location is amazing, we really enjoyed being able to walk to the great restaurants of Wayzata. Would definitely stay again!

This place’s location is insane! I literally didn’t need any taxi ride when I was in the city! Every location I want to go to is super walkable from this Airbnb. The view is amazing, and the floor is very clean. And I felt safe in it. Absolutely will book this place again if I ever came back to Minneapolis for travel.

Our family had a lovely stay of Ryan’s place over the new year. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for our family of five to spend the week in the twin cities. Our children loved all the great board games, picture books and of course hammock. My husband and I loved the peaceful sauna in Ryan’s backyard. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

The apt itself was VERY nice!! The only critique I have are the dingy bells of the trains that seem to run every 10 -15 minutes or so, but that is out of the control of the host. This was the 1st time we stayed at a place that has a noise monitor, so it was a little awkward. Four adults using a "library whisper" to talk while we were inside, because we were not sure how loud 70 decibals were. We saw a previous post staying the volume of the tv set off the sound alarm, so we made sure the volume was very low when we had the tv on. The check in process was a little difficult, but, between the apt bldg manager helping us, and the quick response from the host and co hosts, we were able to figure it out. The checking out process...the host said to leave the key fob on the table, but we received a text from another bldg staff stating to return the key fob back to the key cafe...so that was a little confusing. I ended up leaving the key fob on the table, per the host's instructions.

This flat looks exactly as listed and is super clean. The hosts provided everything, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/detergent/extra toiletries and linens. Check-in instructions had photos which was super helpful. Had one issue and they communicated immediately about it and got it fixed asap. Pool and roof are gorgeous. Will book here again next visit. Thanks!

We enjoyed a family vacation at Jane’s home. The dining and living area allowed for family get togethers. Jane is very thoughtful in making you feel at home and welcome. She was very responsive when I had a question. The home is beautifully decorated, fully stocked and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and a short walk to the Lake and Rose Garden. We will definitely stay again! Thank you, Jane!

Our stay at Tonka Bay was very comfortable and accommodating. Everything we needed was furnished and the location is great for all the activities we like to do. We hope to revisit one day again.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home! It was located two minutes from my daughter’s house so I was very familiar with the area. The neighborhood was really nice and there were a lot of our favorite restaurants within minutes! The house is beautifully decorated with stunning artwork and it had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We spent Christmas Eve by the fireplace with our family and played games at the dining room table. The beds were super comfortable and there were very clean instructions to everything we could possibly need!!! Our hosts were very responsive and friendly! I highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

Anna thank you for being an amazing host! The home was amazing! We felt so welcome! We had 6 adults and children ranging from 16 years old to 18 months old and there was space for everyone! Anna you’ve thought of everything! The toys for the kids was a huge hit as well as that amazing playground! Games for the teenagers and adults. Movie screens were perfect for movie night and watching college basketball. A kitchen with everything you could think of to prepare meals for a large crowd. We all loved how clearly everything was labeled. Relaxing on the deck watching the deer in the yard in the evenings was wonderful! Anna- thank you for making this house feel like home, thank you for being a welcoming host! You made this property truly special for our little spring break getaway! We’d gladly stay again and again!

Our stay at this house was great. Very clean and comfortable home. My older kids loved the work out room, my dog loved the park. It was 94 degrees so we didn’t use the yard as much as planned or the hot tub. The deck was a nice quiet place to sit. Beds were comfy, lots of natural light through house and 3 bathrooms made it easy for a large family. Had a storm come through the day before we arrived. When we got to the house the backyard was a mess. Owners were super responsive getting it up to a usable space for us, they were quick and went above and beyond. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were in town to celebrate our 92 yr old mother's birthday week and having a lovely place to stay made our visit perfect. The property is clean, well stocked, internet was good for husband working and furniture was comfy. My only (and it's only a personal preference...) is that the light bulbs were too office-ish. A bit glarey. Other than that, this is a wonderful, close-in, great place to stay. Thank you
