Slee was an amazing host. Very patient and accommodating. She is friendly and always available to answering my questions or being able to help me when I call her. The space was clean, beautiful backyard. I love the indoor braai area. It was lovely having my staycation there

We had an absolute dream stay at Vee's beautiful home. The hot tub was a definite highlight - made our stay even more special. Vee was a pleasure to work with - super responsive, and accommodating. Her hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a lovely place to relax.

A great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful home . Great location , spotlessly clean and modern, with a spectacular garden and braai area outside . Safe and secure and very quiet in the evening . Only a short drive to all the shopping malls and restaurants in the area . This is a top class Airbnb. Will definitely stay in the future .

We had a fantastic stay at this Lembah Kali over the weekend! Maureen and Henri gave us a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home from the start. It was such a pleasure meeting Jen—she shared some of the history of the place, which made the experience even more special. Jen was incredibly helpful and just wonderful all around. The property had everything we needed—well-stocked and thoughtfully set up—so all we had to bring were our personal items and food. The atmosphere was amazing, peaceful, and welcoming, and the place itself is just beautiful. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for getaway. As advertised, this is indeed an oasis in busy Johannesburg! The directions were very clear, location was easy to find, and check in was easy. The space itself is lovely - spacious, very clean, and extremely well-equipped. Little details like lovely shampoo, conditioner, and soap and the kitchen being pre-stocked with coffee, eggs, butter, milk, and all sorts of spices for cooking made us feel right at home. This is one of the best AirBNBs I've been to from an attention to detail perspective. The garden is also lovely, and the cottage is very private and secure. The location is fantastic - close to everything from Sandton to Parkhurst to Zoo Lake. Liza was proactive and friendly with communication, and has really put the time into making sure that we were safe and comfortable.

What a gem!! We are a group of business people from London, UK who get away once a year to a nice place to relax, learn and recreate together. We had never been to Johannesburg, proper and especially not to Sandton. The house was very clean & was perfect for us. Large and spacious with a beautiful pool, steaming hot tub and yard in the back. The whole place is made for entertaining. The area is lush and didn't feel urban even though it is surrounded by other nice homes. What a special home. I only hope this home is available to rent out again in the future. We want to go there every time we visit Johannesburg 🙂❤️

Staying here was definitely value for money. A great spot, private, quiet and Raymond was responsive and friendly. Appreciated the short stay and would recommend staying here if wanting to be close to Montecasino and neighbouring attractions. Thank you for the gift as well :)

Absolutely lovely accommodation, beautiful and spacious. Room has sky lights with shutters and plenty big windows for fresh air. Has seriously everything you need from heaters and extra blankets to mosquito lotion. The welcome goodies like fruit bowl, yoghurts and juice was a thoughtful offering (delicious rusks!) It’s a pity the microwave was dirty and didn’t work properly but other than that we were able to settle in perfectly and felt right home. Super close to Sandton mall and in a great area, no problem with ubers. Definitely an enjoyable stay :)

Had a wonderful stay at Miralda’s place. Everything is so well equipped and a lovely spacious space offering a great work area and close proximity to shopping malls and the airport. Very safe and secure and will definitely return.

Louise was extremely helpful throughout all my staying and always very quick to get back at me when I had a question, the premises were clean, and orderly. Definitely worth the price and would definitely come back any time.

The place is hard to find because we got lost but Antonie was helpful and we arrived safely.The pictures on airbnb don’t do justice to the place, the place looks 3 times better then what you see on the pictures very modern and stylish decor , the staff is amazing always catering beyond their duty ,utensils were great you don’t need to bring anything but food ,we had a wonderful stay definitely going back again

What was supposed to be a two-day booking became four weeks! Sam and Clive's place was well-appointed, spacious and decorated in such a way (books included!) that it felt like returning home, rather than going to an Airbnb. It is private, with its own entrance and dedicated parking situated in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood - walking distance to a shopping centre with restaurants and a short driving distance to major malls and amenities. Before accepting my booking, they surprised me by listing challenges (such as a power failure, their unavailability for the weekend) and then checking with me if I still wanted to book despite the challenges. They both met me in the pouring rain to let me in and show me around the cottage. Over the course of my stay they respected my privacy whilst checking in on me every so often to ensure I was ok and had everything I needed - and even made me a meal when I was ill! I would highly recommend the cottage for anyone needing a home away from home!

The stay at this beautiful luxury house is truly burning wood for one's old age. Apart from the impeccable property, the superb hospitality from Andre and his parents is something I shall cherish for life. I am truly greatful that we had the opportunity to stay at this house and met these wonderful people.

My family and I had a great stay at Andre’s place. I did a last minute booking due to challenges on other bookings which took long to revert, but Andre responded timeously and was incredibly proactive and kind in helping me complete my booking. The place has very good markings to enhance transparency of expectations across the house, and they give ease of check-in and gate access. The furniture is vintage and granted, the house has kinks here and there and a few things could be modernised, but overall, good value for money. The place could use a few more kitchen utilities like larger serving dishes and perhaps a pots refresh etc as we did a ladies trip so we cooked a lot lol but fortunately we carried a lot of our own stuff. There could also be a some better lighting in the house. But overall, grateful for a good stay. Would stay here again. The complex is very sensitive to noise so if you’re planning a raucous weekend it’s not for you.

The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. However, I did want to mention one area for improvement - the gravel road leading to the property. While it's not a major issue, it can get quite dusty and bumpy. I Take the shower is a tricky one mistake the bus home could be flooded as they don’t have shelter and a toilet downstairs would be convenient but I would highly recommend considering upgrading to a tar road to make the approach more comfortable and visually appealing. Despite this minor quibble, our stay was fantastic, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Five stars from us!
