Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hepburn Springs

We loved our stay at the barn , this is such a cosy space. Perfect in winter by the fireplace. We loved all the art decor and musical instruments in the barn, such an inviting place. We really enjoyed the chilled out nights by the fire playing board games. Sarah was great with communications and check in instructions. We would Definately stay again

Our long weekend in Hayle Shed was cosy and very comfortable. Jenni and Jennie’s eye for detail has resulted in a wonderfully quirky and original space containing all that was needed for an enjoyable stay. We appreciated the extra thoughtful touches and all the handy local information provided. Hayle Shed is fabulously positioned near the town centre for nearby eateries and shops and right next door to the Sunday Markets. We would highly recommended this absolute Daylesford gem. We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a beautiful and characterful home set in nature. Lots of lovely walks nearby and great coffee shops in town.

I would highly recommend Cath’s place for anyone looking for a cozy stay in the area. The property was delightful, the cottage completely charming and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need! This was one of the most well kept and thoughtfully designed Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. On top of this, Cath is so friendly, helpful and very welcoming!

Such a gorgeous airbnb with a beautiful view of Ballarat, close enough that everything we needed was a 5 min drive away but far enough out of town that we could enjoy the peace. The space is so homey and vintage, would highly recommend- the hosts were also absolutely wondering and very accomodating!

My experience with the hosts was excellent and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was huge and everything you could possibly need and want was provided. We arrived to a roaring fire, a fridge stocked with generous breakfast provisions and a freshly baked cake which was a lovely touch. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and a phone charger provided which was great as I’d forgotten mine! I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back. Jo’s place was one of the nicest we have stayed at in a While. Every little detail Thought of. The welcome Gift was such a thoughtful touch. The place was immaculate and cozy. The beds and pillows were so comfy. And the fireplace was perfect for warming up the lounge and the guitar was enjoyed by one of our guests who could play. Would go back on a heartbeat.

We loved our stay in Jane’s cosy, warm and well appointed property. It’s close to all the restaurants and shops, but removed and quiet. We especially loved the welcoming food items and the laundry! We would not hesitate to return.

Linda was absolutely so helpful while in Ballarat, she had an amazing response time and ensured that I was able to message her anytime I needed, the place was spotless and had everything that I needed:)

Sally is very responsive and friendly. The instructions to check in and check out was clear. The room was very clean and neat, it was very private as well so perfect for our weekend hideout.

We had a lovely two-night stay at Kurt and Nanette’s place in Golden Point, Ballarat. Kurt greeted us on arrival and was warm and welcoming, which set the tone for a great stay. The heater had been turned on beforehand, making the space feel cozy and comfortable on a chilly Ballarat afternoon. The bed was very comfortable, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. There was a generous selection of treats provided, everything we needed for a relaxed and enjoyable visit. The space was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a short getaway. We would highly recommend it and would be very happy to stay again.

So impressed with Lisa’s place. Was just like staying at a friend’s house. Funky and comfortable decor, everything clean and functional, kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher, great tv and lots of games and books for kids and big kids. Couldn’t fault it. Oh and the beds are very comfy and it’s nice and quiet. This was our first trip to Ballarat and the location was a great base- we would love to stay again!
