Beautiful apartment, beautiful terrace on Carnon beach. Great bedding and furniture. Underground parking space. All within walking distance. I would recommend it 100%.

Beziers is the perfect place to explore this part of France from and Lauents apartment is the perfect location to explore Beziers from. Everything is exactly as described, Laurent is the perfect host. Responsive, friendly and recommends local places. Obviously very proud of Beziers. And he speaks excellent English if that's a help.

Anytime again. The only disadvantage: no assigned parking space.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in beautiful surroundings. The hosts are the kindest people and gorgeous Tacos the dog assisted them with managing the guests and grounds. There is plenty to do in the area; quaint villages to explore, biking and other outdoor activities, etc. My only comment is that you really need a car to enjoy the area (we rented one from Nimes). Highly recommended; the property and area are wonderful.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can reach the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, baby bed, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioning systems in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the accommodation. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded quickly and kindly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a small child. You can also quickly get from the accommodation by car to shopping and to Montpellier (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would like to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We absolutely loved our stay at Remy's and Estelle's place. The village has a cool bohemian vibe and is close to major attractions such as St Guilhem-le-desert, Pont du Diable and Grotte de Clamouse. The apartment was very stylish and well equipped. I highly recommend this place!

We had a nice stay at the apartment. There is much to do in the area. Beautiful nature and nice towns to visit. The apartment features a garden where you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun and enjoy your aperitif in the afternoon.

Quality accommodation with a nice terrace. However, be careful with the mezzanine which would be dangerous for children.

Stephanie's accommodation is extremely well located, with an extraordinary view of Sète, perfectly quiet, impeccably clean and very well equipped. Everything is there, whether for the bathroom or the kitchen, including a large and appreciable kitchen background. In addition, Stéphanie is very welcoming, available to her tenants for any information whatsoever. Another very appreciable point: you can do everything on foot (or by bike) from her home. So close to the city, with a terrace and a small garden available! Thank you Stéphanie for this excellent stay. We recommend 100%.

What a fantastic place! Top floor of an apartment right in the heart of Montpellier with restaurants, bars, bakeries, stores - pretty much everything within minutes. Being on the top and with a good size balcony was really what made this place special. We had breakfast daily on the balcony and then a nightcap after our day’s adventures looking at the lights of the city. Having the bed up in the loft made the place feel even bigger. AC worked fine and communication with Chihab and Melissa was great. We’d definitely come back here and stay for a longer time.

The apartment is great, totally in line with the photos and even better! All equipment is listed and present. You are already on vacation when you arrive, thanks to the terrace that offers you a panoramic view of the sea. What could be better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves? That's what holidays by the sea are all about! Direct proximity to the beach, proximity to restaurants on foot, ideally located apartment. No car needed. Johann is very responsive, very clear on the instructions. It was a real pleasure to stay at Johann's place! I would highly recommend.

We have just had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb and would like to thank Anaïs and Jonathan warmly. The accommodation was impeccably clean, very well-equipped, bright and pleasant; we immediately felt at home. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to the beach (you just have to plan a little time to find a place to park, especially on weekends). The neighborhood is dynamic and full of life, with its very pleasant pedestrian streets. The neighbors are lovely! Finally, Jonathan and Anaïs were wonderful hosts, very responsive, available, smiling and warm. We recommend this Airbnb without hesitation and can't wait to come back!

My husband and I spent a night, everything is in accordance with the photo, small rose petal on the bed, nice touch 😍 The jacuzzi is the real plus of the accommodation and small private terrace. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back 👌

Had a very nice stay in the beautiful surroundings. The gîte remains nice and fresh. It was wonderfully quiet and you had everything you needed nearby. Very pleasant and nice communication with Laetitia who responded quickly and came up with nice tips and ideas for small activities in the area. Really enjoyed it.
